QA system
We establish or verify the project's quality assurance system — the processes and documentation structure that ensure quality is built in throughout the project, not just checked for at the end — tailored to the project's actual scope and risk profile.
QC inspection
Quality control inspection and testing is carried out against the project's inspection and test plans, verifying installed work and materials meet specification through direct, documented checks rather than relying on contractor self-certification alone.
ITP
Inspection and test plans are developed or reviewed for every major work package, defining what gets inspected, by whom, and at what stage, so quality control effort is directed at the points that actually matter for that specific type of work.
Records
Quality records — inspection reports, test certificates, non-conformance reports and their closure — are maintained in a structured, retrievable system throughout the project, forming the documented evidence base the owner needs at handover and, if ever required, for warranty claims.
